Shipping your package
Packages are usually shipped within 2 working days after receipt of payment. However, depending on the destination and shipping method, delivery may take up to 5 working days. For every shipping method, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging fees, and postage. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order, as it is not possible to combine two separate orders. In such cases, shipping costs will be charged for each order individually. Special care is taken with fragile items, ensuring secure and adequate packaging.

Returns
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse. Refunds for returned items will be processed within 15 days after we receive the goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount. Please ensure that products are returned in their original condition and securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
